Great guest post! Allowing Sophie into the kitchen to cook with me has been one of the best things I’ve done as a parent. She loves it and always wants to help and participate. I admit it’s sometimes frustrating when all you want to do is make dinner. But I try to take a breath and remember this is a bonding and learning opportunity.
Glad you enjoyed it! May we always remember to take a deep breath and enjoy our children! It’s not such a simple thing to remember sometimes, but so worth it.
