What does “remember whatever” mean?
I’m pretty bad at self-motivation, to be honest. Don’t really have any mantras or affirmations.
It’s a reminder to myself that when something feels very pressurizing and urgent and I start catastrophizing, I should just say “whatever,” it’s not really a big deal. It’s going to be okay. It’s not worth stressing about it.
A good old fashioned sticker chart. Stickers optional. :)
I love sticker charts. And marble jars. These daily blog posts are the adult equivalent of that, I think!
